Drilling, turning and milling in three shifts with modern equipment. Welding, surface treatments, grinding and special finishing in our own renovated premises in the central Finland. We also provide repair estimates for broken equipment. Electrical automation, hydraulics, pneumatics, design and project management, all with solid professionalism!
HORIZONTAL BORING MACHINES
Medium -heavy machining flexibly in three shifts.
VERTICAL LATHES
Machines are equipped with grinding-, drilling/milling tools, machines run in three shifts.
TURNING CENTERS
Multi-axis turning in two shifts.
MILLINC CENTERS
Most of the machines are equipped with 4-axis.
GRINDING AND SPECIAL FINISHES
Level- and cylindrical grinding and honing. Special surface polishes.
WELDING
We weld tempering steels, bright- and black steels. For aluminum we have Fronius’s CMT technology.
SURFACE FINISHING
Wet painting in our own paint shop. Pickling and special heat treatment charges several times a week from our local partners.
ASSEMBLY AND TESTING
We have lots of own assembly space available. We are known for innovative and smart special-purpose machine building for our customers. We also provide repair estimates for broken devices.
